Managed by owner and third generation pizza maker Lino Maglione (award winning pizza expert and traditionalist) Itali.co Restaurant sits in the heart of one of Melbourne’s trendiest eating spots, St Kilda.  Surrounded by glass with a slatted ceiling and warm light, the atmosphere at Itali.co is spacious, airy and welcoming. With woodfired pizzas, handmade pasta and slather of drinks you can enjoy authentic genuine and artisan Italian food in a crisp modern setting.

Mostly famous for its pizzas, there are also some delicious mains, pastas and entrees to share. Staff are mostly Italian, and there is plenty of Italian wines and beers as well. Itali.co boasts all the hallmarks of great Italian dining: homemade small goods hanging in the window, plates made for sharing and rustic, simple flavours all served with an abundance of genuine Italian hospitality.

Whilst using a foundation of authentic Italian flavours, Itali.co adds a modern twist to more traditional food. Sharing dishes like the antipasto include cured and smoked meats and Italian cheeses with a side of truffle honey, homemade vegetable chutney and spicy tarallucci (Italian crackers). Linguine alla marinara is also a “must try” at Itali.co, and if that is not enough to win you over, the homemade gelato and sorbet definitely will.

This is a place to enjoy in every occasion with friends or for a corporate event. At Itali.co you can experience  the authentic way Italian dining should be – simple, sharable, plentiful and with love. Furthermore, on Monday  they have Pizza Night – Award winning pizza for $13 and on Tuesday you can enjoy the Pasta Night – Superb pastas from $13.
