MELBOURNEPUNTOIT.COM – The Italian NewsPaper of Melbourne –
Melbourne Puntoit (Melbourne/dot/it) started as an online community project in 2009 as a support for the new Italian migrants in Melbourne and was based on genuine reciprocal sharing and mutual support. Its aim was to gather and to strength our community and to promote our presence and our professional skills.
Today a community of around two thousands of young new Italians are currently settled and resident in Melbourne. They are high academics and skilled professionals such as teachers, engineers, architects, academics, chefs, restaurant owners, builders, and technicians.
At the end of 2014, as a new Italian community was clearly established and consolidated in the city, Melbourne Puntoit evolved from a supportive project into a Community and Media project. Our communities projects involve up to few hundred people among New Italian Families and Young Professionals.
We hope that through this Media and its network we will be further and further able to give our contribution to the cultural, social and economic development of the City and its communities.
