A new Italian venue is in town. A small Italian oasis just opened up in Brighton. CUCINABAR, is the new place to go for an authentic Italian experience. With a great menu focused on traditional culinary dishes and a wine list made by a variety of the best Italian and Australian wine labels, CucinaBar offers to their customer a divine experience in a unique environment accomplished through attention to details, passion and a bit of Italian flair.

Staff are experienced, committed and attentive. Daniele, a very skilled and passionate sommelier proudly runs the restaurant with his talented European team. The executive chef Gabriele and the Sicilian chef Salvatore have developed a cross regional menu which includes among many other, handmade Pumpkin tortelli with gorgonzola cream, sage and amaretti crumb. As a main course you can try the astonishing Wood fired grilled quality grade steak or the fresh grilled Calamari, combined with fennel, sautéed chicory, olives & truffle potato purea.

At CucinaBar the dessert is a fatal temptation. Starting from the classic Italian Tiramisú ending up with the creative San Peter ball: dark chocolate egg with vanilla, zabaione cream, pistacchio purea and fruit crumble.
